You must have these forms completed and signed BEFORE you begin your project!

Per ISEF guidelines, Regional and District Fairs can mandate logbooks; thus, logbooks are REQUIRED for this competition. Digital logbooks are permitted but must be printed out to present at the district and regional fairs.
