Da-yeh University officially established its Environmental Education Center in 2012 to coordinate environmental education initiatives and organize a dedicated environmental education team. The Center actively engages in environmental interpretation, educational programs, and outreach services for both the university and the wider community, fostering the campus as an open and accessible learning environment without boundaries.
The University's Environmental Education Team consists of 54 members with clearly defined responsibilities. Among them, 19 members serve as educational instructors, possessing extensive expertise and experience in environmental education. To date, six members have obtained official Environmental Education Personnel Certification issued by the relevant authorities.
In 2017, Da-yeh University established the Environmental Ecology Service Club, through which annual funding is allocated to encourage students to participate in environmental education core training courses and obtain Environmental Education Personnel Certification. Since 2013, the University has successfully trained more than 80 volunteer partners who have earned Environmental Education Personnel Certificates. Currently, 23 student volunteers have successfully completed the required 30-hour Environmental Education Personnel Training Program, further strengthening the University's capacity for environmental education and community engagement.
