【重要】4/29-30日國際研討會發表議程與注意事項

敬愛的投稿作者們好：

感謝您參與2026年4月29-30日「設計 × AI應用 × USR × 新通識教育」國際學術研討會。以下重要事項，請仔細參閱。本次論文發表集中於4月30日(週四)，相關事項說明如下：

(一)檢附會議議程(點選下載)、研討會會議手冊(點選下載)與校園地圖(線上發表場次已附上會議連結)，敬請查收並確認您的發表時間。如有任何問題，請於2026年4月22日(週三)前回覆。

(二)發表者高達150多位，每篇論文發表時間約為8至12分鐘。

(三)本研討會採實體與線上同步進行，主要使用中、英語進行交流。

(四)發表方式：無論為實體或線上發表，當日皆由發表者自行操作螢幕分享進行報告。線上會議室，已經開啟，發表者可先預先演練。

(五)發表使用文件：可用任何形式口頭報告。使用摘要或者或PPT簡報或者全文檔案，或者純粹口述皆可。

(六)【提醒】請於2026年4月22日(週三)前完成報名表單填寫(已填寫者無需重複填寫)：https://forms.gle/yWJdQp2iZaTBwcgAA ，如無法全程參與，可於表單中「其他」欄位註明可參與時段。

(七)交通資訊：本次研討會不提供台鐵或高鐵接駁服務，隨附交通資訊圖。交通資訊：https://reurl.cc/bdDayl  ；建議與會者可搭乘計程車或大眾運輸工具前往會場。

 (八)論文發表證明：將於活動結束後兩週內，以電子郵件寄送電子檔（提供雲端下載連結）

 (九)※論文集出版：研討會結束之後，全文校對與修正截止日期為5/15日(週五)，排版之後提供2次校對。6月正式出版後，將提供作者論文集檔案。

[IMPORTANT] April 29–30 Conference: Presentation Schedule and Guidelines

Dear Authors,

Thank you for participating in the 2026 “Design × AI Applications × USR × New General Education” International Conference, to be held on April 29–30, 2026.

Please carefully review the following important information. All paper presentations are scheduled on Thursday, April 30. Details are as follows:

1.The conference agenda(download), Conference Handbook(download) and campus map are attached (online sessions include meeting links). Please check and confirm your presentation time. If you have any questions, please reply before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

2.There will be more than 150 presenters, and each presentation is allocated approximately 8–12 minutes.

3.The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format (onsite and online), with both Chinese and English as the main languages of communication.

4.Presentation Format: Whether presenting onsite or online, presenters are required to operate screen sharing themselves on the day of the presentation. The online meeting rooms are already open, and presenters are encouraged to rehearse in advance.

5.Presentation Materials: Presenters may choose any format, including oral presentation, abstract, PowerPoint slides, full paper, or verbal explanation only.

6.Reminder: Please complete the registration form by Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (no need to resubmit if already completed): https://forms.gle/yWJdQp2iZaTBwcgAA  ; If you are unable to attend the full conference, please indicate your available time slots in the “Other” section of the form.

7.Transportation Information: Shuttle services (TRA/HSR) will not be provided. Please refer to the transportation guide: https://reurl.cc/bdDayl  ; Participants are advised to take taxis or public transportation to the venue.

8. Presentation Certificate: Electronic certificates will be sent via email within two weeks after the conference (download link will be provided).

9. Conference Proceedings: After the conference, the deadline for full paper proofreading and revision is Friday, May 15. Two rounds of proofreading will be provided after typesetting. The proceedings will be officially published in June, and authors will receive the digital version.
