We will post pictures of some classes of vegetables (for example, sets of broccoli, pepper, celery, etc.), set up as for vegetable judging in the contest. Students will rank the quality of vegetables in each class and provide their reasons. Then we will have one or more experts from industry provide their rankings and reasons.
