Amanda Fowler | Volunteer Services Coordinator and Founder

With decades of volunteer experience with various groups and organizations such as Raleigh Rescue Mission, Make-a-Wish, and Ronald McDonald House, Amanda brainstormed a way she could continue to network, donate, and influence others to 'gather good' and spread it throughout her community.   When she's not gathering good, she's reading, traveling with her husband, spending time with her nieces and nephews, or snuggling with her rescue beagles, Frances and Faye.

Ashley met Amanda in college and instantly loved her sense of humor, passion for helping others, and funny stories.  She's always admired Amanda's philanthropic efforts and was eager to assist her in the Gathering Good journey as her teaching career unveiled so many unmet needs with underserved populations.  When she's not co-gathering, you can find her at the community college's food pantry, volunteering at her son's school, or reading the latest psychological thriller.
