"A very dynamic, very authentic interaction" - Fatima Murad, CCSF Biotechnology alum now working at Nitrome Biosciences
"In this networking event you have time, it’s a conversation. It’s not one person among hundreds with a student that raises their hand to ask a question. You can actually get to know [the students], and ask them questions, and give them some time to really explain what they want. ...That is great for the scientists - you own your skills at talking with people and interviewing. I think it’s a great opportunity for both sides." - Dr. Michel Tassetto, UCSF researcher who choose to become an CCSF Bioscience internship mentor through the UCSF-CCSF Inclusive Mentoring Fellows program after participating in speed networking at CCSF.
