Hello, my name is Andrea Sanelli and I welcome you to City College of San Francisco! I am excited to work with you this semester. The materials for my English classes, essays, books, films, research, have been carefully honed and developed over the years; I guarantee that you will find the materials and the assignments intriguing and challenging. What we discuss and learn is life-changing. You can rely on me to help guide you through the assignments. The biggest secret about my classes, and about education in general, is that all of us, students/instructors/tutors, all teach each other. We do this by our respectful sharing of our insight, our fresh approach to the topics and readings, and our intelligence. That is why your participation is required, and crucial to your success.
