Pictured above is the Brown Pre-College Program 2021 Resident Directors for Unit 2. I feel so fortunate to have worked with such a supportive, knowledgeable, and talented team of para-professionals!
Some other responsibilities of this role included:
Presented two workshops on study skills and the power of privilege to pre-college program participants
Facilitated floor meetings 5x per week to educate program participants on how to prepare for college life
Monitored student social distancing and mask mandates around campus to enforce COVID-19 procedures
Participated in a rotating on-call schedule to provide crisis response for resident students
