In order to facilitate our MISSION we want to establish an Honor Code of Conduct for everyone:

Safe Space│this needs to be a Safe Space for everyone.

Trust│we need to work together to establish Trust amongst all of our members.

Collaboration│we want to foster a Collaborative environment where we can work together as a team to help each other succeed.

Confidentiality│the work we do must be kept confidential.

Conflict of Interest│ Disclosure, Discuss, Decide

Conflicts of Interest may arise within this group.  In order to address these issues, it is important to immediately disclose any conflicts, discuss them amongst the group or any topic presenters, and a decision will need to be made about how to proceed.  In order to facilitate our Mission, it may be necessary for a member to voluntarily step away from the conversation.

Everything we do is under the Harvard Honor Code,  the Community Values of HBAP,  and the Harvard Business School.  This is outlined in the HBAP Student Handbook.
