Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Wadolowski and I was born and raised in Queens, NY, where I developed a deep appreciation for diversity, inclusion, and community. As a graduate of the NYC public school system, I was inspired to pursue a career in education with the goal of creating a supportive, engaging, and welcoming classroom environment for every student.
I believe that all children can succeed when they are given the right tools, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. My teaching philosophy centers on building strong relationships, fostering curiosity, and using a variety of teaching strategies — including technology and hands-on learning — to support different learning styles and needs.
I recently completed a year-long residency program, which included a full year of student teaching experience. During the first semester, I worked in a first-grade ICT classroom, and this semester I have been teaching in a sixth-grade classroom. My experience in ICT settings has strengthened my passion for special education and taught me the importance of creativity, flexibility, and individualized support in the classroom.
These experiences have helped me grow as an educator and reinforced my commitment to making learning accessible, meaningful, and engaging for every student. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and support students and families throughout this journey!
