Summer Booster

Summer Booster has been our main end-of-year extension program for K-8 students. Our Booster program is offered by invitation only*. It is a more intensive academic program that helps our students retain and continue to build foundational skills in all academic areas. 

In our four-week program, your child will continue to hone skills acquired over the past ten (10) months. Our teachers will work on multi-sensory strategies for reading and writing activities, and they will review math facts and problem-solving techniques. Exciting thematic units chosen by our staff will provide the framework for instruction in our Summer Booster Program! The program’s goals are to extend the school year, to maintain stamina, to support learner habits, to stimulate higher-thinking skills, and most importantly, to create a fun and engaging learning environment for a part of the summer! If your child was invited to attend, we encourage you to enroll your child with us - to “boost” his or her skills with our highly-trained and enthusiastic Mahwah staff!
