Friends of Mahopac Public Library
A graduating senior who volunteered at the Mahopac Public Library and is planning to attend college in the Fall 2023 semester. The application was distributed directly to students who qualify. Please confirm the due date with the library.
Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court 1921 (Due by March 1, 2024)
Qualifying students will receive the application direct from the organization, Catholic Daughters of America. If you think you meet the criteria outlined on the application and should have received one, please contact Marianne DeLuca at mcdeluca@comcast.net.

A graduating senior of Mahopac High School who plans to attend college or Technical School and has demonstrated a commitment to their community . See application for more details.

John Bucci Memorial Scholarship (Due by April 11, 2024)
This year the Bucci family will be the first year awarding seniors with a scholarship. Candidates must be pursuing music after high school and/or have been an active member in the Mahopac Music Program and other music programs throughout middle school and high school. There are two scholarship opportunities and 4 awards total from SEPTO. Applicant should be a graduating senior of Mahopac High School who may have received pupil services at any point in their education (IEP or 504) or has volunteered time at SEPTO events. See application for more details.

Josephine Wegel Memorial Scholarship (Due by April 26, 2024)
This scholarship is to be awarded to one graduating senior who will be pursuing post-secondary studies or entering the military. The successful candidate must also display significant community service and/or altruistic expressions over and above that which is required for graduation.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County Master Gardener Scholarship (Due by April 30, 2024)
This scholarship is to be awarded to a graduating senior from Putnam County who will be pursuing post-secondary studies in the field of Plant Science, Horticulture, Floriculture, Architectural Landscape Design, Forestry, Botany or any other environmentally related program.

The Mahopac Knights of Columbus Father Mooney Council Scholarship (Due by April 30, 2024)
This scholarship is to be awarded to a Mahopac High School graduating senior and a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church who is planning on continuing your education in the fall of 2024.

The Jymm Quackenbush Memorial Scholarship (Due by April 30, 2024)
This year will be the first year the Quackenbush family will be awarding a graduating senior with a scholarship. The candidates should embody the nature of Jymm Quackenbush; specifically in the areas of compassion and art. Candidates must be pursuing higher education or military after high school, have been active in supporting the community and participating in the arts either inside and/or outside of school.
