Note:

1. For papers with multiple presenters, all presenters are required to register as contributors to the scholarly work. 

2. The registration fee covers conference materials, refreshments, and lunch. 

3. In cases where the submitted work is reviewed by reviewers and deemed unsuitable for presentation at the conference, the organizer reserves the right to retain the registration fee. This policy reflects the administrative and evaluative costs incurred during the review process.

4. Once the registration fee has been paid, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, as the fee covers operational expenses incurred by the organizer. However, an exception will be made if the organizer cancels the event, in which case refunds will be provided.
