Venue
The meeting will take place in the ASML Conference Center located on the second floor of the UC San Diego Structural and Materials Engineering Building (3291 Voigt Drive). It is located next to the "UCSD Central Campus" MTS Blue Line trolley station.

Hotels in La Jolla and the UC San Diego area can be relatively expensive during the summer months. Fortunately, the conference venue is located adjacent to the UC San Diego Central Campus MTS Blue Line Trolley Station, providing convenient access from many other parts of San Diego. Blue Line trolleys operate approximately every 15 minutes throughout the day.
We encourage attendees to consider lodging options in neighborhoods served by the MTS Blue Line, as well as the Orange Line and Green Line, both of which connect to the Blue Line at Old Town Transit Center.
Popular areas with a wide range of hotels include:
Mission Valley / Hotel Circle (excellent value and large selection)
Downtown San Diego
Little Italy
Old Town
Attendees may also wish to stay in Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, or Ocean Beach, which offer additional hotel options and are accessible by MTS bus routes connecting to Blue Line trolley stations.
Government travelers are encouraged to request the government rate when making hotel reservations. Even if a government rate is not advertised online, many hotels will honor it upon request with a valid government ID.
