Senator Jacky Rosen, D-Nevada, was elected to the Senate in November of 2018 after serving one term in the U.S. House representing Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District. Rosen is the third Jewish woman elected to the Senate, as well as the first former Synagogue president to serve in Congress. Prior to running for elected office, Rosen made a career as a computer programmer and software developer.

The Nevada Senator will talk about education and magnet schools in her address to attendees.
