RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. As our merchandise is ordered in limited runs, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  
  

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us – Email us at treasurer@magdalatennis.org.uk with your order details and reason for return.

2. Return Approval – If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

3. Send the Item Back – You are responsible for returning the item to the club.

4. Processing Your Return – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or refund where applicable.
   
   

Refunds & Replacements

• If the return is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, if stock is available.

  • A full refund, issued via the original payment method.

• Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
  
  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order once your refund has been processed.
