Co-Founders of Make A Difference Through Inclusion Ltd. (MADTI) Madison Pinlac and Estela Dalayoan-Pinlac
It is adversity that aligned our goals, but it is love that propels us to make a difference for a better world.

“I believe that hearing people can communicate with Deaf people by using signing.” Madison Pinlac, June 2017
Make A Difference Through Inclusion Ltd. (MADTI), a Calgary-based start-up co-founded by a daughter and mother (Madison Pinlac and Estela Dalayoan-Pinlac). The story began in 2017, after visiting the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, when Madison began manifesting her vision and when Estela experienced her epiphany of seeing both her children, Madison and Matthew, having equal access to information. Madison was born premature at nearly 24.5 weeks, resulting to her having profound and severe hearing loss, Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP3) vision loss, and other needs since birth.
Madison continues to experience day-to-day barriers, however, she uses those experiences to further advocate for the elimination of daily accessibility challenges so that she and others with accessibility needs can easily integrate in a barrier-free society. Madison's determination, courage, and passion to make the world more inclusive and accessible are her greatest contribution to our MADTI company. Madison's voice is seen, felt, and heard by those who know her, and we are excited for Madison to be part of our MADTI Ltd. as one of the Voices of Inclusion for our company.
Estela has over 25 years of professional experiences in multiple industries focused on Customer Experience, Digital Technology, Business Strategy and Change Management. She has played many roles, such as an operation leader, executive, strategy consultant, innovation coach, and business entrepreneur, yet her most important role, thus far, has been her 16 years of being a mother. Estela’s purpose was ignited by her daughter's passion and reinforced by the daily accessibility challenges that they as a family experience today. It was not long before the alignment of the mother's and daughter's goals that brought them to take the call to action to make a difference for a better world. Along with the support of their family, Arthur (husband & dad) and Matthew (son & brother), the Make A Difference Through Inclusion Ltd. (MADTI) was created by mother and daughter.
