📄 Current MHS Transcript Request Instructions

Request your current high school transcript from Mrs. Rahmn (Registrar) at least 3 days before you need it.

Steps to Request Your Transcript:

1. Go to the School Website

2. Click Academics

3. Click Counselor

4. Click Transcript Request

5. Click Current Student

6. Complete the Google Form

   • Select transcript is for Local Scholarships

   • Enter your Personal Email Address (You do NOT have a school email)

Important Reminders:

• You will receive ONE unofficial transcript

• You are responsible for making copies for each scholarship application
