Madison Theater Ticket Policies
No refunds: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Please double-check your order before submitting payment.
Accessible seating: There are a limited number of easily accessible seats (no stairs) available, but they cannot be ordered online. If you or someone in your party requires easy access seating, please email joel.brown@madisonmohawks.org.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange your tickets for another performance, please email joel.brown@madisonmohawks.org.
Obstructed views: Please note that there are handrails in front of some seats, which may obstruct some patrons' view. We recommend you do not reserve these seats if anyone in your party is under 5' 4" tall: G-1 through G-9; H-11 through H-29; and G-28 through G-36. In addition, our recently installed stage extension makes the view from the front row less desirable, so tickets in row A will generally not be available for purchase.
Scanning tickets: You may print your tickets out at home and show them at the door. You can also show your tickets on your phone at the door - you no longer have to pick up printed versions at the ticket table!
No orders by phone or email: Sorry, but we cannot take ticket orders by phone or email. Payment must accompany all orders.
Door sales: The box office will open 45 minutes before the start of the performance. For tickets purchased at the door, we can accept cash or checks, but not credit cards, Venmo or other online payments.
