Aktivate Registration and Physical must be completed by First Day of Tryouts.
MSD #38 will not be providing transportation for fall, winter, & spring seasons this year. If parents/ guardians would like to drive their child(ren) home after the away game(s) are over, parents/ guardians will need to complete transportation forms.

The Madison athlete not only learns about their sport, but also about dedication, responsibility, and good sportsmanship. Madison strives to motivate its athletes to practice, play, and achieve athletic excellence, while coaches and parents ensure that every athlete considers academics a high priority.
