Any student whom participates in an athletic sport is required to abide by Madison Elementary School District dress code during practices and games.

Any student whom participates in an athletic sport is required to have  an athletic fee of $100.00 paid after making an athletic sport team. Athletic fee is per student-athlete per sport to offset the cost of operating our athletic program.  Please pay through PowerSchool Parent Portal.
