Meet Miss Marotta

Welcome to 5th grade ELA!

 My name is Anna Marotta and I am thrilled to back at MTA! This will be my sixth year in fifth grade and I absolutely love it.  

Before I moved to Arizona in 2020, I lived in Albany, New York for most of my life. After college, I spent two years living just outside of New York City and working in the Pelham Schools as a permanent substitute and graduate intern.  I hold a Master's degree in both Elementary and Special Education from Iona College, and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Marist College.  

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy tennis, volunteering with animals, spending time with my family and friends, and traveling.
