All interested chaperones will need to be fingerprint cleared & complete the district volunteer online application in order to attend camp.

Overnight Volunteers
Overnight Volunteers
Anyone volunteering on an overnight field trip will also be required to obtain background and fingerprint clearance. Madison will cover all associated costs. To set up an appointment to be fingerprinted please contact Cotton Fabiano at 602-664-7921.
Overnight volunteers will also need to complete the volunteer application. The volunteer application can be completed online here.
