Scott Miller is a retired Owner/CEO of II XCL Strength & Conditioning, LLC. In operation since 2009, II XCL Strength & Conditioning was the most comprehensive semi-private training, reconditioning, and performance enhancement training in North Alabama. 

Scott began his journey to fitness at a young age. Stepping into the craft of personal training at 18 through the YMCA, he gained tremendous knowledge from the best trainers around the city. A graduate and former football player of Alabama A&M University earning a Bachelor degree in Finance, as well as a graduate of Florida Tech University earning a Professional MBA degree, Scott has proven himself knowledgeable in the foundational ideologies of business working in the small business world as well as an entrepreneur. A former Scout for the Cleveland Browns, in addition a former High School football Offensive Coordinator/Strength and Conditioning Coach,  Scott has brought new ideas, tenacity, and a resounding dedication towards everything within his career. Scott's sport performance experience working with athletes from basketball, football, volleyball, and track & field has strengthened their skills in order to go on and receive athletic scholarships for college. 

In his free time, Scott has completed 10 Spartan Races + Spartan Ultra Beast, getting his Trifecta twice, a sprint Triathlon, the Disney Dopey Challenge and Disney Marathon, a Disney Half Marathon, a local Half Marathon, as well as 5K races around the community. Also, over the past four years, Scott has helped coach his sons youth football teams and AAU summer track and field team. With the wealth of knowledge and experience he has gained over the last 22 years, Scott served as a mentor to many high school and college students who desire to own their own fitness facilities one day and those stepping into entrepreneurship in their fields of choice. 

Since starting his own business, II XCL Strength and Conditioning, together with his team, they have won numerous awards such as winning the Madison Chamber of Commerce Best in Business for Health & Wellness award, being a nominee for Small Business of the Year and Health & Wellness Business of the Year awards. II XCL was a nominee for the Women Business Center of North Alabama Small Business award, nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year, the recipient of the People's Choice award, and the finalist for Health & Wellness Business of the Year award. In addition, Scott was featured in a local magazine and on the local radio, sharing his heart behind seeing people whole and how God led him on a journey that changed his life. 

Scott has a beautiful wife of 17 years, Caneeka and two sons, Scott III and Cole. He and his family have been a part of the Triumph Family since 2022
