BEFORE applying, PLEASE read our James Clemens HS Seal of Biliteracy Informational Guide. This guide includes important information, including JC Seal of Biliteracy contacts, application and testing fees, and more.
We suggest that seniors apply by fall of their senior year to allow enough time to retest if needed due to scores and/or technical difficulties. The OPI/WPT is only offered in the Spring, so students may wish to attempt those tests before senior year.
Fall 2026 Semester Applications and Fee Payments will be open September 28, 2026 through October 20, 2026. If you have questions, please see a World Language teacher or EL teacher.
