About JC Scioly

James Clemens Science Olympiad is a student organization in which members expand their knowledge and explore various fields of science through the Science Olympiad program. We compete at various Invitational, Regional, State, and sometimes National tournaments throughout the year, and in 2026 we placed first at the state tournament and attended the National Tournament at USC. While competition has a always been a central focus of our organization, our Invitational is a newer, but still very crucial, part of our activities. This is our second year hosting our invitational tournament, and we are excited to expand to high school teams, in addition to our existing middle school competition. Especially considering our state's limited invitational offerings, we intend for this tournament to also be an opportunity for us to give back to our community. We hope that this invitational provides students, no matter their state or age, an opportunity to prepare for their Regional and State tournaments later in the year, as well as a chance to meet others who share the same interests. We hope that you will join us!
