Screen capture tutorials are short multimedia products that utilize screen recording tools to actively teach a skill or process as it occurs on the narrator’s device. Screencasting is a digital recording of a computer screen most of the time with an audio narration, but can be without narration. Screencasting allows for students to work at a just-in-time self-pace learning, with access 24/7.
These can be used for assessment review or to be view prior to attending class too.
