The DWD has a step by step guide on creating an account and applying for a work permit.
If that does not work: Contact your Program Assistant (reply to your welcome email). They can assist or arrange for someone to help when you come in for your paperwork appointment.

Will MSCR reimburse my work permit fee?
Yes, MSCR reimburses the $10 work permit fee after completion of all paperwork. All employers are legally required to reimburse the $10 work permit fee.

Your parent/guardian can log back into the Work permit website to download a copy of the permit.
Log into the DWD work permit website
Click on "More" near the top of the page
From the drop down menu select "My permits" (Screen Shot)
You can then click on the MSCR permit and download a copy to email to you Program Assistant.
