Make sure to shutdown your chromebook each night (not just close screen) This ensure the most up to date version of Zoom is installed. Updates can help with usage issues.
If you are having delayed video or sound the following frees up CPU processing which can increase speeds
Turn off your video camera
Close any unnecessary tabs and delete any unused extensions.
Sit as close as possible to your Wifi router or use a cord connection
Turn off any other devices not in use that also use Wifi (gaming systems, smart home devices)
Restart your Wifi Router
