Payment Resources

*Paying All Fees: Payment information has been emailed with your child’s confirmation letter.

*Wisconsin Shares Child Care Assistance:

If qualified: Email the authorization notice to mscrelementaryteambilling@madison.k12.wi.us. The MSCR Office will share further instructions and your location # with your confirmation. Guardians are responsible for bi-monthly (every 2 weeks) co-pays. You may request fee assistance for your co-pay.

If not qualified: visit https://access.wisconsin.gov/access/ to see if you qualify.

*Partial or Full Fee Assistance from MSCR: Must submit the Wisconsin Shares denial letter and other required paperwork verifying income. Fee waivers are only available to MMSD residents.
