Senior Tributes

A “tribute” in the yearbook is a wonderful way to recognize special seniors and send a lasting message to your soon-to-be graduate as they prepare to leave high school. Your message will be featured in the senior section of the yearbook. Anyone can recognize senior students in the yearbook with a tribute. Group or team tributes are welcome. Space is limited, so it’s recommended to submit your ad as early as September to secure your spot. The final deadline is January 16, 2025. To reserve your space, please contact Joe Leibforth at jleibforth@madison.k12.wi.us and follow these guidelines:

1. Select a Tribute Size:

   • Eighth Page: Horizontal, (4 1/8” wide x 2 5/8”) = $35

   • Quarter Page: Vertical, (4 1/8” wide x 5.5”) = $70

   • Half Page: Horizontal, (8.5” wide x 5.5”) = $140

   • Full Page: Vertical, (8.5” wide x 11 1/8”) = $275

2. Create Your Tribute:

   • Option 1: Design a photo collage or presentation using any digital editing program and submit your digital tribute in the selected size at 300 dpi (or higher).

   • Option 2: Submit a rough sketch of your tribute layout, along with photos and text, and our staff will design a simple layout for you. Email your photos and text to memorialolympian@gmail.com.

3. Tribute Guidelines:

   • All tributes will be printed in color. No discounts will be given for black and white printing.

   • Photos for tributes must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format. Please do not send printed photos.

4. Submitting Your Tribute:

   • Send your digital tribute to memorialolympian@gmail.com with “Tribute” in the subject line.

   • Make checks payable to "Memorial High School", and include your student’s (group or team) name in the memo. Mail your payment and any printed materials to:
