Google Classroom Resources

If you would like to see what things look like as a student in your Google Classroom, you can try these three things that Scott Fernholz, my tech leader/guru shared:

  1. Invite your personal gmail as a student to the class

  2. Trust a screenshot. Kasey Bell @ the Shake Up Learning Blog created a wonderful Cheat Sheet for Students on how to use Google Classroom. You get great visuals on what student see in your Stream, Classwork organization, Questions Asked, Assignments posted, and more.

  3. Click on this link to request a Demo Student G Suite Account. Tech Services is swamped right now, so I'm not sure how long it will take for them to set this up for you.

YouTube Restrictions

Please view this Google Doc if your students are having trouble watching YouTube videos you are sharing.
