As I'm writing these words it's a chilly Monday morning in north Alabama. I'm happy for the cooler weather and the beautiful autumn days, and I hope you are too.
As always, if there's anything I can do to help you or your class, please let me know. Despite the circumstances, I hope everyone has a good rest of the month and enjoys the Thanksgiving break.

Much of what I'm doing this year is creating materials for teachers to use with their classes. I'm posting links to all of those materials below. If I can help you by doing something similar, please let me know.
Just a quick note about the Google Sites I've created: If you want a copy of any of my sites, I'll be happy to make one for you and give you editing rights. That will allow you to modify the site to meet your specific needs.

10/30. I added links to PBS Learning's Hero Elementary. From the website: The Science and Engineering Practices are skills that can make all humans truly super. At HERO ELEMENTARY™, these practices are known as the SUPERPOWERS OF SCIENCE and they combine science and literacy to build powerful learning. HERO ELEMENTARY engages children as scientists and communicators, to learn about the natural and human-made world. The HERO ELEMENTARY collection offers videos, digital games, and hands-on investigations for educators to use in the classroom. This is posted in "General Resources."

Steve Trash Science (full disclosure: I'm a writer for STS). Steve Trash Science is a 27 minute program that consists of two 11-minute stand-alone episodes as well as a few magic tricks, some character education material, and occasional music videos that Steve created. A full episode list can be found here.
Here's a video I made on how to use the Screencastify video editor.
Here's a video I made on how to use Google Meet with meeting nicknames instead of a calendar invite.
Here's a video I made on using iMovie on the iPad to create basic videos.
Here's a video I made on using Apple Classroom with the PLTW iPad carts.
Kindergarten through Second Grade
Here's a collection of YouTube videos I made showing how to use the Scratch Jr programming language. It can be used in all of the elementary grades, but it's most appropriate for K-2 (and those are the grades that use it for PLTW).
