Athletics:
In addition to items listed above, provide at least four 4-minute rest breaks every hour. Maximum outdoor practice time is 2-hours. For Football and Field Hockey: Players are restricted to helmet, shoulder pads, & shorts during practice. If the WBGT rises to this level during practice, players may continue to work out wearing full pads without changing to shorts.
INDOOR ACTIVITY RECOMMENDED
Water must be available at all times.

No strenuous activity if outdoors.

In addition to items listed above, provide at least 20-minutes total of rest breaks throughout one hour. Contests are permitted with additional hydration breaks. Maximum outdoor practice time is 1-hour. No protective equipment may be worn during practice, & there may be no conditioning activities.
