Checklist for participation :

1. Student must be registered on Final Forms

2. Your Physical must be on file in the athletic office prior to tryouts

3. All legal forms must be signed by parent and athlete on Final Forms 

4. All consumable school fees must be paid prior to participation

5. All outstanding pay to participate fees must be paid

6. Pay to participate fee is due upon making the team - HS Fees are $155.00 and MS Fees are $95.00 per season.
