Chairs, Program Directors, and Deans may request instructional design services for course development or revision via the Curriculum Services Request Form. Depending on the volume of courses under development, the typical turnaround time is 6 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
Examples of eligible requests:
Development - New course that has never been offered
Rewrite - Existing course that has not been updated in several years and needs at least new assignments
Update - Existing course that will use a new textbook
Conversion - Existing course that needs to be offered in a different length or delivery mode
Deans, Department Chairs, and Program Directors may request minor revisions for previously developed master courses via a Helpdesk Request in EvangelNet. Choose Technology for the Division and Curriculum for the Queue. MACU Helpdesk
Examples of eligible helpdesk requests are listed below.
Fix spelling and grammar mistakes
Clarify assignment instructions
Replace broken links
Revise or Replace files
Fix grade book point values
Add instructor-only files
