-Students practice recorder outside of music class and perform songs during music class.

-As in karate, students begin as a white belt and work their way to a black belt by playing songs that advance in skill level.

(There are many options available elsewhere. Just be sure that you are ordering a soprano recorder. ) Note-Please let Mrs. Teasley know if you need help getting a recorder. When the student can play the music with accuracy and skill, they are ready to advance to the next belt! - And yes, their recorder wears the belt!
