7th and 8th Grade band students may be a part of this Music Honor Society by way of the following qualifications:
Must maintain an 'A' average in band class
Must maintain a 'C' average or better in all other classes
Must maintain good character and behavior at school
Must collect service hours as voted on by members
This group of students is recognized at concerts for their achievements and will help their band, school, and community through service projects throughout the year. Students meet after school once or twice a month to discuss projects and goals for the group. Click on the Tri-M logo above to read more about Tri-M on the national web site. Students will vote on a trip toward the end of the year for all Tri-M students who reach their service hours goal.
