Having trouble with Achieve?

1. We recommend running Achieve from a Google Chrome browser

2. Ensure your internet connection is strong and secure and that your WIFI bandwidth isn't compromised by other programs running simultaneously

3. For optimal performance, students should access Achieve from a desktop or laptop computer

4. Sign in using the same email and password every time, on every device

5. Experiencing technical issues? Before contacting support, please attempt the following:

   • log out of Achieve and sign in again to restart your session

   • clear your cookies and cache

   • disable pop-up blockers
