Joey DeFrancesco

5x GRAMMY-nominated phenomenon Joey DeFrancesco is credited with the resurgence of the Hammond organ in jazz. Recording over 30 albums and winning the DownBeat Critics Poll twelve times since 2005, DeFrancesco was the most virtuosic and electrifying organist in jazz. In addition to his incomparable skill on the keys, he was also an accomplished trumpeter, saxophonist and vocalist. DeFrancesco passed away in August 2022 at the age of 51.
