The Conservatory of Music

and COVID-19

Update: March 9, 2022

On Wednesday, March 9th MacEwan University President Trimbee provided students, staff, and faculty with an update regarding COVID-19.

Wearing masks on campus will no longer be mandatory effective Monday, March 14, 2022. This applies to the Conservatory of Music at the Alberta College Campus.

  • It is still strongly recommend to wear masks in high-traffic areas or close proximity to others.

  • Please respect the masking choices of students, instructors, staff, and visitors.

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

Facility

Please know that we work with the facilities team to ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and airflow in both the common areas and the music studios to ensure a safe learning environment at the Alberta College Campus.

Entrance

When coming to campus, use the North Entrance facing the parking lot. The South Entrance facing MacDonald Drive is closed for entry.
