MACCRAY Scholarships
Below you will find scholarships available for graduating high school seniors.
Local Scholarships - All due March 1st
How to apply:
1. Open the "Common Application" Google Doc (click on link below)
2. MAKE A COPY
On a computer: Go to "File" ---> "Make a Copy"
3. Give the copy a NEW NAME
4. DO NOT checkmark the box to "Share with the same people"
5. Fill out the Application
6. Turn in via email to scholarships@maccray.k12.mn.us by March 1st at 11:59 p.m.
***The Common Application must be completed on a computer.
***Make sure to check the Eligibility Requirements (see link below) before completing the application form to determine which scholarships you are eligible for.

May Due Date
Kandiyohi County Corn and Soybean Growers Scholarship - due May 1, 2023. Two $1,000 scholarships available to high school seniors pursuing a postsecondary education in an agricultural related field. Click here to view scholarship application criteria or see Mrs. Bristle for a copy.
Form-a-Feed Service Grant - due May 19, 2023. Two $1,000 grants available to high school seniors pursuing a postsecondary education in a career of service, or in their first or second year of military service, in any of the following vocations: military, law enforcement, fire, EMS, nursing, medical school, hospice care or other related first-responder or community care field. Form-a-Feed Scholarship - due May 19, 2023. One $2500 scholarship available to high school seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA pursuing a postsecondary education in an agricultural-related field. Click here to view the website for more details and application requirements.
June Due Date
Calvin S. Robnik Memorial Scholarship - due June 1, 2023. This scholarship is open to high school seniors living within a 60-mile radius of Willmar with a minimum GPA of 2.3 who are pursuing a degree in an automotive-related career. If students are not planning to attend Ridgewater College, they should complete the paper application (click here to print the application or see Mrs. Bristle for a copy). If students are planning to attend Ridgewater College they should apply using the online application at https://ridgewater.academicworks.com/users/sign_in.
Andrew A. Lindberg Memorial Foundation Scholarship Fund - due June 30, 2023. A $2000 scholarship (renewable for up to 5 years) will be awarded to a Minnesota high school senior meeting the following requirements: must be from a town with a population fewer than 25,000, must come from an agricultural background, such as working on a family farm or working in agricultural service, etc., and must graduate with a GPA of 3.5 or greater and received admittance with incoming freshman status to an accredited physical (not online) education institution. Open Due Date
Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission Community Development Planner Scholarship - open due date: Two $2500 scholarships for residents from Big Stone, Chippewa, Swift, Lac qui Parle, and Yellow Medicine Counties who have designated one of the following degrees as their undergraduate degree: Urban & Regional Studies/Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Community Development, or Community Development.
