Past Events

Spring Fling

Students and staff celebrated the end of the 2022-23 school year with a Spring Fling celebration. Parents' Club partnered with the Physical Education Team to provide the students with a fun memorable afternoon.

Read-A-Thon Rewards Day

Our students worked hard reading as much as they could for 2 weeks and now it is time to reward them for their efforts. Top students in each grade level that read the most minutes got to pie Mr. Kent or Mrs. Westbrock in the face. The second place top readers got to silly string their teacher.

Jump Rope for Heart

Popcorn and water were donated by local farms and businesses to help supply a snack station during the Jump Rope for Heart event in February.

A/R Dance Party

We ended the first semester with a dance party in the gym for all the classrooms that met their class goals. Glow sticks, music and dance videos is all they needed to let loose and celebrate their hard work.

SkyDome

Mobile Ed Productions came to our school gym to give the students a sneak peak at what space looks like in real time. The students had so much fun and loved it!

Spring & Fall Plant Sale

Working closely with the MACCRAY Agriculture department and L&E Nursery, we bring the community plants and mums once a year as a way for us to fundraise.

Book Fairs

We host two in-school book fairs throughout the year. This gives students, parents, and teachers the opportunity to purchase new books right at school. Parents' Club also helped purchase new books for teachers from their Wishlist.

A/R Movie in the Auditorium

We turned the Performing Arts Auditorium into a giant movie theatre for all the classrooms that met their 2nd semester A/R class goals. The kids loved it and enjoys "Night at the Museum".
