Deciding to seek help can be difficult. Going to a professional may be new and uncomfortable, or you may be short on time. Seeking help is not always easy and can be scary because it means you seek a change in your life. Aware of these realities, my goal is to help you feel comfortable in seeking help and change. I see my role as a source of professional support on your path to mental and psychological health. I help my clients reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, loss, history of trauma and abuse; to mediate family and marital problems. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidenced-based therapy approach in the treatment of depression, anxiety, anger, grief, parenting issues, adjustment to trauma, and difficult life situations. I am available to provide guidance and help if you are going through a difficult time.

This gathering is an excellent opportunity for our community to come together and discuss crucial aspects of behavioral health and suicide prevention.
