Directions: Place your catch directly on ice. Rinse vigorously to remove most, not all, of the natural protective coating. Delicately roll in plastic wrap until sealed completely in 3 layers of wrap while keeping fish long and its tail flat. Place wrapped fish inside an unscented trash bag large enough to completely hold the fish. Roll up gently keeping tail straight. Place in freezer.
