I am only a high school student, but I have always had a passion for baking. Watching my Abuela make delicious homemade treats like cakes, muffins, cookies and donuts led me to want to create my own. I vividly remember being five years old, grabbing ingredients from the pantry and mixing them in a bowl, while standing on a chair, stirring my creation. My Abuela would smile at me while I listed all of the pastries we should make next. She has always been an inspiration for my love of cooking and baking. 

As I got older, I began to ask my parents to buy me more baking tools and ingredients. My mom and dad bought lots of organic ingredients for my recipes and have always been so supportive from the start. 

My tiá bought a Stand mixer for my birthday and my tió was one of my first, regular customers, ordering his favorite, Cookies and Cream. 

A few summers ago, I worked at my Abuelo´s bodega. Seeing his hard work has helped me decide that what's best for me is this cookie business. My family has given me such an inspiration and I want to share that piece of me with others. This is my first real established online bakery that I take pride in. Every treat is made with a lot of love and hard work.
