Tom Thomas, ATC, EMT, has served as Lyndhurst High School's Athletic Trainer since 2005. He is responsible for coordinating the medical care for all sports injuries to Lyndhurst High school student-athletes and teaches CPR classes for coaches and teachers. Tom received his Bachelor's Degree from William Paterson University in 2000 and a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University in 2005. He's been a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) since 2004. He volunteered for the New York City Marathon 2004, 2005,2013,2014 &2015 Ironman NYC competition in 2012. Tom has traveled internationally with the Athletes in Action Basketball team to Bulgaria (2005) Philippines (2006) and the prestigious Jones Cup basketball tournament in Taiwan (2008) Philippines (2015). Tom was also the head athletic trainer for the New Jersey Jackals minor league baseball team (2006). Tom had been invited to assist Athletes in Action Bulgarian Basketball team played in different parts of the USA during the summer of 2012.
