About Me

My name is Tanya Pastor and I teach English II-Honors and journalism at the high school. I earned my bachelor's degree at Rutgers University where I majored in English and communication. I hold two master's degrees from Columbia University, one in the Teaching of English and the other in American Studies. I have knowledge and experience in public relations, law, and newspaper writing. It is my goal to expose my students to language arts in a way that is engaging and interdisciplinary. I am dedicated to seeing that all students achieve their full potential in my class.
