Submission Guidelines

LWV WI Hub Submission Guidelines

1. Before considering submitting materials to the HUB, please review the Policy of Use for an explanation of the HUB and the library of resources you will find here.
2. Local League HUB submissions first need approval by the process developed by their local Board of Directors or Committee Chairs.
3. The HUB will display a spectrum of materials from all Leagues -- we encourage submissions! Since every League operates differently, has different priorities of programs, and reaches different populations of voters, it’s beneficial to have a variety of materials and have all Leagues represented in the HUB. For example, we could have five different version of voter information bookmarks developed by five different Leagues available on the HUB. The differences in design and information and layouts will all spur more ideas and will be useful to see how different Leagues create materials.
4. Search the materials already available on the HUB to be sure the materials do not already exist. Ask “What benefit will this resource add to the HUB and for members?”
5. Keep in mind the HUB is for sharing. Documents created should be shared as view only. Photographs should be sharable and credited when copyright needs to be considered.
6. Please adhere to the LWV US use of the League logo .
7. When you’re ready to submit materials to the HUB, go to the HUB Submission Form to add your resource to this online library.
