The League of Women Voters of Greater Pittsburgh
The League of Women Voters of Greater Pittsburgh is a nonprofit 501 (C)(3) organization and is nonpartisan, neither supporting nor opposing candidates or political parties. The LWVPGH encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding of major policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
Both the Centennial Birthday of the League of Women Voters and the 100th year Anniversary of Women's Suffrage would have been elaborately celebrated in 2020! Unfortunately, the pandemic crisis caused us to quickly shift to virtual meetings, presentations, events and resources.
